Established in 1988 (formally known as Sunshine Quality Constructions), Sunshine Renovations Management Inc. is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial general contractor with over 30 years of experience. We pride ourselves on taking full charge and responsibility for our clients' projects - large or small - and providing superb service while paying attention to the smallest detail.

We renovate and remodel existing homes, apartments, brownstones, and townhouses as well as design and build new structures in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the entire tri-state area. Our specialty is high-end projects and finishes but we don't say no to any project large and small.
